PRASAD’s charitable work started by helping nearly 1,000 poor people in the Tansa Valley to build sturdier homes and provide them with food, blankets and clothing. Additionally, access to medical care was a challenge for the people, so PRASAD launched a mobile hospital, providing quality healthcare to many for the first time.

2010: Accredited Social Health Activist Program begins
PRASAD Midwife Program expands and evolves into the Accredited Social Health Activist Training Program.
