PRASAD Chikitsa begins the Aarogyavardhini (AV) Trainings. The term means, literally, “Improver of Health.” AV’s undergo a six-day training program that will qualify them to connect the people of their communities to the appropriate services at PRASAD’s Family Health Center.
2007: The PRASAD Project is granted Special Consultative Status
The PRASAD Project is granted Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.
